Guaranteed result vs Certainty

A potential client asking me whether she can be certain of getting clients after going through the Abundant Sales Coaching

guaranteeing result is not possible as I can’t do the work for you

but Certainty is 1 of the 3 pillars of the Abundant Sales Coaching — along with Clarity and Security

Certainty doesn’t mean guarantee

Certainty means mastery

there is difference between guarantee and mastery

guarantee is an assurance that is possible in done for you services, but not coaching where the goal is to teach you how to fish not giving the fish to you

mastery is the conviction, the confidence, the quality of being reliably true. When you master the replicable sales process, you can have the confidence of getting clients but you won’t have assurance from me because the responsibility is on you to make it happen

certainty is having no doubt, it is a state of confident and conviction

it is faith beyond doubt

when you have a sales process you can rely on, growing the business is beyond doubt…but all these come from mastery

and mastery comes from practice

Bruce Lee once said “I fear not a man who practised 10,000 kicks, but I fear the man who practised 1 kick 10,000 times”

practise the same thing again and again until you can do it with eyes closed

intentional practise so that you can do it in your sleep

repetition is the key

repetition + intentional practise = mastery = certainty (confidence, conviction, the quality of being reliably true)

when you have done 100 sales call, you become convicted to close on the call

when you have practised a certain way of generating leads 100 or even 1,000 times, guess what? you become so convicted that you can generate however number of leads you want whenever you want them

that’s mastery

that’s certainty

and it’s something that nobody can take away from you, nobody can copy that overnight and steal your business — that’s your unique competitive advantage

now you enter into the blue ocean and no longer have to cut price to sign on clients
