3 tools I use to manifest abundance in my life (with action steps)

1. Vision

First thing first, we have expectation about the future — that pull us forward

Vision are our desired destination

You may have many visions you want to accomplish in different aspects of life

Let’s say business as an example

You may wanna serve 100 clients,

Earn 500k a year,

Retire your husband/wife,

Repay all your debts,

Hire a VA / build your team,

Establish systems so you work less than 10 hours a week in the business

Among all the visions,

I would ask my students to pick 2–3 to focus on

And revisit every day

In times of difficulty, these are what keeps us going

2. Visualization

Visualization is a proven scientific method to change the brain’s energy frequency to match that of your vision

Action: Think about your selected 2–3 visions

See them done and completed in your mind

Do this daily to reinforce (until it is done in reality)

3. Gratitude

Misfortune is when we only focus on things we don’t have now

Fortune is created when we focus on things we have now

That’s why abundance is attracted to the energy of gratitude

After vision and visualization, I would always make a list of 3–5 things I am grateful for that day

Even in adversity, I found that there’s always something to be grateful for

The more we focus on gratitude, the more we realize how much we have, and the more we attract
